Camille is learning to blog!

Girls!!! I figured out how to be a part of the blog! Thanks to Jessie! So guess what! I miss everyone! but I love this whole blog thing! So I guess Ill just inform you for my life....

Each day I have classes from 9:30-1:00pm then I go home, eat lunch and head to work! I work at Bridger Elementary School through the After School Club program at Utah State. I get to just do what I love for 4 hours every day and get paid for it!! We read with the kids and help them finish their homework, then we have announcements and sing a song and do drawings for prizes for the good kids, then we split up for clubs and do fun things like make door signs, crafts, playing games, sports, and other adventurous things that make me feel like a little kid again! Then we have free rec time and we play on the playground and I chase kids around and that's my exercise! :) Working there makes me miss home and my little siblings but I love that I can be around kids everyday! After work I go home and eat dinner, then I try to do homework and usually get distracted by yummy food or one of my 22 roommates!

I am the house manager of 22 girls, I live in an old sorority house that got shut down a few years back. Now its just for rent to girls but its not a sorority or anything. I love it! I was pleasantly surprised with the girls that ended up in my house. It is such a fun group of girls! They all have such different talents and they are all at different parts in their life. Some have gone on missions and are done with school and cook and sew and are so much cooler than me!

So... Once upon a time, I wanted very badly to get on my roof, so I looked in this old shed in my backyard and I found a ladder and I just kinda sneeked up there and it is now my most favoritest place! I eat dinner up there and do homework up there and listen to music up there and I just very much love it a whole lot! Lots of my roommates now know this and its becoming their favorite place too... so now i'm kinda feeling like its a tiny bit less cool... Oh well

So I have pictures for all of these lovely things but I'm not sure how to add them and stuff so i'm going to figure it out and do better next time!... Yay for life!

Wow-O! I'm Married!

We are OLD ladies!

I like that me getting married inspired this blog. I guess I'll do my update.

... September 3rd I started a new chapter in life.

It's called being MARRIED to my bestest friend!

I love every bit of it. It is really the best.

I have had a lot of fun getting to know Scotty's mom better. She came to C-ville a couple weeks ago and helped me get some things organized. I am having fun thinking of new ways to organize our ccccrrraaaa....... Stuff... But oddly enough I kind of get a thrill out of it.

I am having fun learning to cook better. And having time to cook while Scott is working.

I work from 8a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Scotty's hours... 3p.m to anywhere from 8 to midnight.... ususally it is between 8 and 10 though. not at bad.

It still kind of feels like we are playing house. Like it is just pretend and we are being little kiddies. It is so much fun, and the best part is that it isn't pretend and I getta play house foreva with this guy...

I do have to say that I am so grateful for the temple and the blessings and happiness we have found there. We went to the St. George temple while on our honeymoon.

It is just so peaceful.

hey gal pals, i think i'll share things about what i'm doing with my time lately. college. college = a good time. i agree with becca. i'm making friends with some really cute girls who have amazing style and let me borrow their wonderful outfits (which i think is the ultimate bonding tool, don't you think? there's something about sharing clothes that makes you closer to people, i don't know what it is, but it's magical).

i still have short hair. i <3 it

we're having fun and things are smooth sailing down the river bend (name that movie...pocahontas).


i'm currently taking a rapid visualization class for my interior design major and I LOVE IT. we just go outside and sketch all day long, it's fantastic.
so far we've sketched a bout 3 million trees...

i drew my first building the other day, it was kind of hard. jessie, i respect you for drawing buildings/architectural structures.

it's fun because a lot of the things i am learning now in all of my interior design classes, i've learned already in high school so i feel a bit more confident in things (ie: color theory, principles & elements of art, balance and symmetry etc).

the other day my sketching teacher made us partner up with someone in class, gave us all paper napkins and said, 'your partner is your client and you are at a cafe. you have to design a room for them and the only thing you have is this napkin and a pen. go'. it was SO FUN. there's something about drawing on a napkin that makes everything posh feeling. :)

i've also been singing a lot for mckay & tyler & mine's band called children of the north. we are getting some recording done through jared gilmore which is fantastic in every way. wishing him a get well soon for his rotting arm.

I guess I'll write about me....

Alright, I guess it's my turn to write something...not that my life is so exciting that I have lots to write about. I'm just going to school and working. One exciting thing is that I graduate in 4 semesters counting this one. So it's kinda freaking me out! That means I have to be a real adult getting real job. But depending on what happens in the next 4 semesters I might be going to get my Masters in Social Work or Counseling. Crazy I know. I'm so grown up. Other than that I'm just lovin life. My roommate and I were in our beds last night and she rolls over and says, "I love college." I 100% agree with her. I love everything about it. I love how I get to discover who I am and be 100% me. It's so great! Well that is my life as of now. It's great and I love it! Here are some pics of my year so far:

3 Year Anniversary and Chase's 21st Bday

Hello Friends :) I finally have something exciting to post. 9/11/11 was our anniversary and since we were driving home from Las Vegas on sunday, chase said he didn't have time to give me my present till today 9/12/11 after work. I got home and met him with zeke at his parents ware house. I walk in to our song "Stolen, by Dashboard Confessional" and found a blanket with roses and candles on the floor. It was right where our first kiss was when the Dolphin RV was parked there. We sat and ate dinner and had a great time talking. He pulls out a small box from inside the middle of the roses and I open it up to see..

He said that he loved me and promised to marry me someday :)

I can't believe I finally got a promise ring :) I thought for sure he totally forgot about it and In 3 or 4 years maybe we'd get married. I'm so happy :) Complete surprise!

Over the weekend, we went to Las Vegas for Chase's 21st b-day. It was so much fun!

And Chase even won $400

We went to dinner at his favorite restaurant in the NY NY hotel.

Come Sunday it was pretty quiet on the strip

We sure did have tons of fun. :)

Hey girls, here it is in it's most simple, naked form. I think everyone should be able to edit the layout or style of the blog, if not I'll figure that out asap.
