Secret Clubs and Exclusive Forts

Hey pretty ladies!!!

Do you all realize that we seriously haven't all been together for years? It's really sad. I think about being a kid a lot and most of the time we were all together trying to figure out where we could make our next fort. In the trees at the park? Digging a hole in the orchard? In the unfinished bathroom in my parents basement? The first time I met Becca and played at her house in bountiful, we made blanket and snow forts. I think it's just in our blood, and especially Jessie's, to make hideouts. Which is why I'm sad I've been too busy to help with the building of a legit tiny fort. A tiny house. So fun. And cool. I hope I can still be part of the club. 

           

Speaking of clubs... I'd like to invite you all to be part of a secret club. Because I have a blueberry growing inside of me. (Shhhh! Don't tell anyone. Seriously, Maddi and Heidianne don't even know yet so please don't spill the beans. Please, don't even tell your mama's. If my grandma found out that your moms knew before she knows, she'll freak!) blueberry... At least that's how big it is right now. Scotty and I are so excited! We went to the doc's for the first time yesterday and now have a blurry picture of the tiny blob. It was so cool to see its tiny heart beat. And the best part was seeing Scotty so excited about it. He couldn't stop smiling at our tiny blurry picture. Okay, so I'm 8 weeks pregnant, which means that around May 28th my life is going to completely change. A human baby is growing inside of me guys. And it has a tiny heart beat. And it makes me feel like puking sometimes because that's what they do. I haven't barfed yet though, so that's good. But I am always extremely tired and I have to protect myself from Corbin squeezing me to death because he doesn't know yet. Anyway, I plan on telling everyone around Halloween so please don't tell people for at lease two weeks. Camille and Shandi have been good secret keepers so far and I'm counting on you to be too... Or you can only be a half member of this secret club. And half members don't hold all the rights as full members do. ;)

Anyway, I love you girls and wanted you to know before the rest of the world does. Happy Wednesday!  

Here I Am. This is Me.

Hey girls! I guess I should do my update now since it seems none of you know what's going on in my life. So I graduated in April with my degree in Family Life with a Human Development emphasis. I've been working for the last 4 months at Maple Lake Academy which is a treatment boarding school for adolescent girls with learning disabilities. Most of the girls have asbergers or other disorders on the Autism spectrum. Needless to say, my job is pretty interesting most days and is hard a lot of the time. I've seen and heard of some pretty sad circumstances with some of the girls and it makes me so grateful for my life and the family that I was born into. I'm currently still living in Provo and my job is in Spanish Fork so about 15 minutes away. I only work 3 days a week so I'm looking for something else to do to fill my time but I haven't found anything yet. I'm thinking of going to Grad school in School Psychology but I haven't officially decided yet but my plan is to take the GRE this semester and apply to programs by January. That's pretty much my life right now. There is a boy I kind of like but it's a very complicated situation so I don't know if anything will come of it. Knowing my life, it probably won't but it's fun anyway! So that's it. Love and miss you girls!

Camille Here! Filling you in!

Hey girls,  Its the beginning of a new "school year"  and I thought I'd fill you in on the details of my life.

First of all let me see if I am correct with yours though.  
*Jessie is building her cute tiny house which will be amazing and perfect for her!  Living in SLC. 
*Becca is living near Provo?  Graduated.  Becca what are you up to? 
*Crystal is in C-ville happily married and teaching in her own classroom this year in the computer room. (now baby yet)
*Jalene is working in FoxBurrito  or Fox Burro or something like that at a law firm and is snap chatting champ with me!
*Emi is about to move far far away to the kingdom of joy and freaking amazingness for her hubbies education in art.  (also no baby)

Right?  Wrong?  Fill me in!  Miss you Ladies!

This "Semester"  I am living with Rachelle in Jalene's old house.  Painting, Playing the Ukulele and working at Sky Trampoline Arena in Layton (Which would be a blast if all 6 of us went together before Emi moves)  I'll also be a Sub at Jefferson Academy where Crystal and my mom work.  I am taking a leave of absence from Utah State and starting to pay off my loan!  As all of you probably know from Facebook, My ear is healed and I can now get water in if after 3 years.  Its such a relief and blessing to get my ear full of water,  I just cried and cried in the shower the 1st time it happened and didn't hurt!  I am looking for a more neato job if anyone has any ideas for me and can think of something id enjoy.

I kinda sorta might possibly have a boy named Devin Franke.  

We have been hanging out for a few weeks and we kissed on the 20th.  I must say that second kisses with a person are always better than the 1st... Its just a fact. Have you girls had any "perfect" first kisses?  Cause I just think they are slightly weird... Anyways He's really fun and is so respectful to me.  He treats me so good.  I've never had a boy be so nice to me before in my life and so easy to talk to.  He's an open book and I really like that about him.  You'll have to meet him and tell me if you approve.  We went to Elementary School together but I have zero memories of him from that time in my life.  He messaged me on facebook when he got home from his mission and then we just started talking and hanging out.  He has still not asked me on a date yet though... Hmmm... :) ha ha 

So yeah, that's all I have to say right now!  Just wanted my best friends to know about my crush and what's going down for me right now!  Love you!!

Release valves

Have you ever felt the pressure rising up, bearing you down so much that it hurts or drives you crazy? Maybe I stress to much or too easily but I need a release valve. I have yet to find mine. I have tried praying, stress exercises, therapy, physical activity, cleaning and crafting. Crafting helps the most but it costs money. Biking helps but also makes my front parts hurt. Haha

So, what is your guys release valves?

EVERYONE hello! I miss you all. I hope we can have a Girls Club reunion sometime this summer. Speaking of summer, what are all your plans? Here are mine:
1. moving to Centerville on Thursday
2. looking for a job. (HELP ME)
3. going to Europe for 2 weeks
4. working
5. moving to London. McKay really wants to go to art school there and I sort of have a really neat fashion opportunity lined up so we are still trying to figure things out. Visas are a b**** and it's tough to move to a different country.

OH boy. where have you all been on this here blahg? hope you are all still living.
