Release valves

Have you ever felt the pressure rising up, bearing you down so much that it hurts or drives you crazy? Maybe I stress to much or too easily but I need a release valve. I have yet to find mine. I have tried praying, stress exercises, therapy, physical activity, cleaning and crafting. Crafting helps the most but it costs money. Biking helps but also makes my front parts hurt. Haha
So, what is your guys release valves?

  1. This is a bad one but eating does it for me. Or going to the gym. Or talking it out with someone. Or watching a movie.

  2. I struggle with this a lot too. I get stressed way too easily. I've found that focusing on my talents helps a lot. For me, that would be sewing and crafting. Sometimes I like to bake for fun (if I'm not pressed for time). Talking also helps a lot for me. just getting my thoughts organized and verbally "dumping" my feelings is very helpful.
